Second Birthday Party a Big Success! - Our second birthday party was a big success. We would like to thank Lisa Sherry, The Side Kicks, Striped Pig, The Tumble Weeds, and Austin Alley for performing live on the air and helping us celebrate! After the birthday party, we were thrilled to see this "toast" in the Times-Standard:
- To Blue Ox Radio, which recently celebrated its second birthday, and Viviana and Eric Hollenbeck, co-owners of Blue Ox Millworks, for all they do to help the community. The project is the result of partnerships between the millworks and numerous other organizations, but those who know the Hollenbecks know it's their amazing ability to give so unselfishly to others that makes their projects -- like this station -- a reality. Thank you, Eric and Viviana.
